If you are an administrator, you have the option to manage a company. This allows you to access the user management and establish a connection between your company account to a Weborama Campaign Manager account.
If you have sufficient rights, you can find the link to the company management on the top right of the menu at any time.
WCM Connection setup
To connect to your WCM account, you need the following:
- An active WCM Account ID. When you log into WCM it is displayed in the top right, or in the URL.
- A valid WCM user that has access to the target WCM account.
You will need to connect to the account in order to establish a valid connection between the studio and WCM.
User Manager
In the user overview, you can view the users that are in this company and you can enable or disable them.
Adding more users
Using the form, you can add more users to your company. Once the user has been added, he/she will automatically receive an email, telling the new user to set their password and log in.
User Roles
There are currently two user roles in the system.
Admin:
- Can view the company management page
- Can add more users
- Can connect company to WCM account
- Can edit and add Template adsets
- Can open the editor for derived adsets
- Can create/update/delete derived adsets
- Can create/update/delete regular adsets
User:
- Can view the template adsets, but not edit them
- Cannot open the editor for derived adsets.
- Can create/update/delete derived adsets
- Can create/update/delete regular adsets
