Most modern browsers have integrated developer tools that allows you to simulate different environments and devices, and not only that, also features like monitoring network activity, inspect HTML structure, and much more.
When building ads that will run on mobile devices (smartphone and/or tablet) we strongly recommend to make a habit out of using these emulators before going to the next step: testing on actual mobile devices.
You can inspect your HTML, check your console for errors or warnings, and much more that is not as accesible to do on actual mobiel devices. We often see common issues that are simple to identify if this step was taking as well before asking for technical support.
Whether you choose Chrome's device emulator or the responsive mode of Safari, you will notice that layout aspects and most obstacles are easier to settle or resolve with these tools.
