Where do I go for troubleshooting my deals ?

Please reply to the mail with your Deal IDs so your contact can go straight to work. If possible, share screenshots from your troubleshoot screen or any other useful info. Almost always it’s about settings in the DSP or bidprice. Checkout the guide of your DSP of choice in our section about DSPs.
